Thames Valley Police have received reports of anti-social behaviour and street racing associated with car gatherings in Central Milton Keynes, particularly on Sundays.
These incidents are linked to a regular Sunday car cruise and are currently being addressed through problem-solving measures under Operation Chromium.
Officers regularly patrol the location during peak times and engage with attendees to provide education around the car-related Public Space Protection Order (PSPO) conditions. Vehicles attending the site are monitored and recorded, and where appropriate, warning letters are issued regarding congregating and behaviour at the location.
Any vehicles or drivers found to be acting in an anti-social manner are dealt with through enforcement action. In addition, live CCTV coverage is in place, and any anti-social driving behaviour identified through the system may also result in enforcement action.
